Beta Test FAQ

Dear Commanders,
The Mecharashi beta test kicks off July 3, 10:00 (UTC-4)! Note that in-app purchases will not be available, and all data generated during the test will be wiped once the test ends. In anticipation of the test, Command HQ has compiled answers to common questions and topics Commanders have shown interest in since the test announcement.

Q: What type of test is this going to be?
A: This is a non-paid, data-deletion test. You can take part in the beta-exclusive "Daily Credits" event by simply logging in each day to receive Credits that can be used to purchase in-game items.
 
Q: When can I download the beta, and where can I get it?

Q: Can I register and jump into the game anytime during the test period?
A: Once the number of test participants reaches the limit, we'll gradually disable download access across all platforms (this is estimated to begin after July 4, 12:00 UTC-4). If you haven't downloaded the client by then, you'll be unable to take part, so please keep an eye on the test schedule!
 
Q: Is game progress synced across PC and mobile?
A: Yes, data is shared across both platforms when logging in with the same account.
After linking your Steam account to your personal email account, you can log in on mobile using that same email.
 
Q: How long will the beta test last?
A: The test will run for 5 days, ending on July 7 at 24:00 (UTC-4).
 
Q: What kind of events will be available during the beta?
A: All events and rewards for this beta are listed in the Mecharashi Beta Test Event Overview!
 
#Test Devices#
Q: Which platforms is the test available on? What are the recommended specifications? 
A: The beta is available on Android, PC, Google, and iOS clients. For the optimal experience, we recommend the following system specifications:
If you're playing on an Android device, please ensure your CPU is at least Dimensity 810, Snapdragon 750G, or Kirin 820.
For PC, make sure you have at least an i5 processor, 8GB RAM, a dedicated GPU (GT 1030 or higher), and at least 20GB of storage space.
For iOS devices, you'll need an iPhone 12 or above to play smoothly.
 
Q: Can I play the beta on an emulator?
A: Emulators aren't supported this time, but we recommend using the PC or mobile version to participate.
 
Q: What should I do if my device overheats, lags, or if I get a black screen?
A: We recommend trying the following:
1. Close all other background apps to free up at least 4GB of memory.
2. Open the in-game settings and set the "Graphics" or "Resolution" to "Low."
3. Turn off High FPS mode.
 
Q: I've installed the PC version, but it won't launch. A repair option pops up, but it still doesn't work after attempting repairs. What should I do?
A: This issue might be caused by antivirus software. Try temporarily disabling any antivirus applications (including security managers) before launching the game again.
 
Q: What should I do if the PC version fails to run due to missing files or if I get stuck on a black screen when entering the game?
A: You'll need Visual C++ and 64-bit DirectX to run the game. Also, remember to make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.
